By using artcloud.co you agree to these terms. Content is provided for information about ArtCloud products and services.

2. Intellectual property

All intellectual property made available on artcloud.co — including the site design, user interface and UX solutions, texts, graphic and audiovisual materials, software code, trademarks and other branding elements, as well as product concepts, architectural approaches and project ideas of ArtCloud — belongs to ArtCloud LLC (ООО "АртКлауд") or is used under a lawful licence. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, adaptation, creation of derivative works, or other use of the foregoing without the prior written consent of ООО "АртКлауд" is prohibited. Access to the site does not transfer any rights in such materials, other than a limited right to view them for personal informational purposes.

3. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. For contractual work, separate agreements apply.
